1. Inside Buffer's Create Post panel where multiple channels are selected, find and open the post you want to customize.

2. After that, start making your desired changes. For instance, you edit the caption, change the image, add hashtags, and the like.

3. Once done, tap anywhere outside the text box to apply the changes.

4. Do the same thing for other posts on the list if you want to customize them as well. The changes made to one post will not be carried over to others. Therefore, you should edit the posts individually if you wish to customize them for each platform.

5. Once finished, tap 'Add to Queue' or 'Save as Draft' to apply the changes.
