Guide

1. Go to ConvertKit and log in to your account. Click 'Create a new'.

2. Select 'Form' to create a new form.

3. Select a form type.

4. Select the form you want to customize.

5. Customize the headline.

6. Change the description however you want.

7. Add custom fields if needed.

8. Adjust colors, fonts, and button text to match your branding.

9. Provide a name for your form.

10. Click 'Preview' to ensure your form looks good.

11. Review the form and adjust any changes.

12. Once satisfied, click 'Save'.
