Go to Ahrefs > Site Explorer and search your domain name.
Head over to Backlinks under Backlink profile in the left pane.
Select Exclude all best links.
Select Dofollow and hit Show results.
Sort your links by DR to get the lowest-rated ones on top of the list.
Export the backlink report as CSV.
Hit Export.
