How to Downgrade SurveyMonkey Account

  1. Click on your profile icon or your name at the top-right corner of the screen.

  2. In the dropdown menu, click on 'My Account'.

  3. In the 'My Account' section, find and click on 'Billing Details'.

  4. If you are in the middle of a billing cycle, you might not be able to directly downgrade. In that case, cancel the auto-renewal and click 'Cancel'.

  5. Make sure to review the cancellation terms and date your account will downgrade. Click the check box.

  6. Confirm that you want to stop auto-renewal to prevent being charged for the next billing period by clicking 'Yes, cancel my subscription.
