1. Head over to the left-side panel, then click 'Workspace Settings'.

2. Select 'My Assets' from the list of options.

3. After that, go to the 'Course Videos' tab.

4. Find and select the specific course video you want to download.

5. Subsequently, navigate to the Preview section and click the 'More Options' button.

6. Finally, select 'Download' to proceed.
