1. On NotebookLM's main dashboard, find and select the notebook that contains the audio you want to download.

2. After that, head over to the Studio panel and tap the 'More Options' button next to the audio.

3. Pick 'Download' from the list of options.

4. After completing these steps, the audio from the selected notebook will be downloaded instantly.
