1. On the left sidebar, hover your mouse cursor over the 'Appearance' option and click 'Themes'.

2. Browse the library and select the WordPress theme you want to download. Tap the 'Info' button inside it to proceed.

3. Following that, scroll down to the bottom section of the page and click 'Download'.

4. After completing these steps, a copy of the selected WordPress theme will be downloaded and saved to your device.
