1. Go to Google Calendar and sign in with your Google account.

2. On the left side, find the calendar you want to embed under My calendars.

3. Hover over the calendar name, click the three vertical dots (options), and select Settings and sharing.

4. In the Settings for my calendars page, scroll down and click the Integrate calendar section.

5. Copy the iframe code provided in the Embed code section. You can customize the Embed code by clicking Customize.

6. Go to Posts or Pages in your WordPress dashboard and open the page or post where you want to embed the calendar.

7. Click the + button to add a new block.

8. Search for Custom HTML and select it.

9. Paste the iframe code you copied from Google Calendar into the Custom HTML block.

10. Click Preview to see how it looks, then click Save to save your changes.
