1. Head over to the Gear icon on the top right and select Setup from the dropdown.

2. Search for Reports and Dashboards Settings in the Quick Find search bar.

3. Turn on Enable Inline Editing in Reports.

4. Save your changes.

5. Now, let's head over to Reports.

6. And open any one of the reports.

7. You will now see the Enable Field Editing button visible above the report.

8. You will now see an edit sign next to your fields.

9. You can now make quick edits directly from the report.
