Salesforce - Export Contacts: step-by-step guide
Head over to the profile icon on the top right.
And click on Switch to Salesforce Classic.
Choose Contacts from the menu bar on the top.
Make sure the dropdown on the top says "All Contacts" and hit Go.
Click on the Print sign on the top right.
A print preview page with all your contacts will open in a new tab.
Select a high number of records to be viewed in one page. We went with 1000.
Hit Cmd+A or Ctrl+A on your keyboard to select everything on the screen. Copy it with Cmd+C or Ctrl+C.
Open a new Google Sheet and paste your copied items.
Quick answer: To export contacts, switch to Salesforce Classic from your profile, navigate to Contacts, select All Contacts, and click the Print sign. Open the print preview in a new tab, increase the viewable records, select and copy everything, and paste the items into a new Google Sheet.
