Salesforce - Export List

Guide

  1. Head over to the profile icon on the top right.

  2. And click on Switch to Salesforce Classic.

  3. You can choose whichever list you want to export.

  4. In our case let's choose Contacts from the menu bar on the top.

  5. Make sure the dropdown on the top says "All Contacts" and hit Go.

  6. Click on the Print sign on the top right.

  7. A print preview page with all your list items will open in a new tab.

  8. Select a high number of records to be viewed in one page. We went with 1000.

  9. Hit Cmd+A or Ctrl+A on your keyboard to select everything on the screen. And copy it with Cmd+C or Ctrl+C.

  10. Open a new Google Sheet and paste your copied items.

You will need to delete the top few rows to clean up your list.
