Salesforce - Export reports to excel

Navigate to Reports in the menu bar on the top.
Select the report you want to export.
Click on the down arrow sign next to the Edit button on the top right.
Select Export from the dropdown.
Make sure the export format is selected as .xlsx file.
And finally, hit Export.
