Guide

1. Go to the Contacts tab from the left sidebar menu in Pipedrive.

2. Click on the button with a small filter icon or username.

3. Go to the filters tab or select the view based on the user.

4. Use this menu to filter your contacts in a way you want.

5. Once done, click on the three dotted icon on the top right for more options.

6. Select "Export filter results...".

7. Select the format in which you wish to export.

8. Click on Export.

9. Note that a long list may take some time to be ready to download.

10. Once ready, simply click on Download and your export file will be saved on your system.
