1. Navigate to the left-side panel and click the 'Settings' icon.

2. Select 'Integrations' from the list of options.

3. Subsequently, click 'App Store' to proceed.

4. Search for 'Pipedrive' and select it from the recommended matches.

5. After that, click 'Install Now'.

6. Tap the 'Authorize Access' option, then log into your active Pipedrive account.

7. Finally, click 'Allow and Install' to accept the terms and grant the necessary permissions. In a minute or two, your Intercom account will be integrated with Pipedrive.
