1. Inside your Power BI report, hover your mouse cursor over the visualization that contains the data you want to export and then tap its corresponding 'More Options' button.

2. Choose 'Export Data' from the list of options.

3. Following that, select the type of data you wish to export from the selected visual.

4. Click the 'File Format' menu, then choose one from the available options.

5. Once done, click 'Export' to proceed.

6. After completing these steps, the data from your Power BI visualization will be exported.
