1. Navigate to the top menu bar and click 'Analyze'.

2. Select the specific channel you want to monitor.

3. Following that, tap the 'Answers' tab to proceed.

4. Scroll down to the section that holds the data regarding the best day to post.

5. Finally, hover your mouse cursor over the bar in the graph to know the specific day to publish your Buffer post. After that, check your posting times during that day and follow them going forward.
