1. Head over to the left-side panel and then click 'Apps'.

2. Search for 'SurveyMonkey' and select it from the suggested results.

3. Tap 'Login to SurveyMonkey' afterwards, then sign in to your account.

4. Subsequently, click 'Authorize' to agree with the terms and grant the necessary permission.

5. After completing these steps, your ActiveCampaign account will be integrated with SurveyMonkey.
