How to Integrate Google Forms with Zendesk

Navigate to the left-side panel and then click 'Create'.
Select 'Zaps' from the list of available options.
Following that, tap 'Trigger' to start the integration process.
Browse the list of integration options, then select 'Google Forms' as the Trigger tool.
Subsequently, choose your preferred 'Trigger Event'.
Tap 'Sign In' afterwards and then log into your Google account.
Click 'Allow' to agree with the terms and grant the necessary permission.
After that, provide the information needed to set up the trigger accordingly.
Once done, tap 'Test' to proceed.
Click 'Continue With Selected Record' afterwards.
Find 'Zendesk' from the list of integration options, then select it as the Action tool.
Following that, click the drop-down menu and choose your preferred 'Action Event'.
Click 'Sign In' to continue.
Fill out the input fields with the necessary information associated with your Zendesk account. Once done, click 'Yes, Continue to Zendesk'.
Provide the required details to set up the Action accordingly.
Finally, tap 'Test' to publish and activate the integration.
After completing these steps, your Google Forms will be integrated instantly with Zendesk.
