1. Go to Zapier.com, login and hit the Create button.

2. Select Zaps.

3. Click on Trigger.

4. Choose HubSpot as the Trigger app.

5. Select the specific trigger event. (e.g., New Contact, New Deal, etc.)

6. Connect your HubSpot account and authorize Zapier to access it.

7. Click on the Connect app button.

8. Now, click on Action.

9. Choose Notion as the Action app.

10. Select the specific action event. (e.g., Create Database Item, Update Database Item, etc.)

11. Connect your Notion account and authorize Zapier to access it. Select the pages you want to give access to.

12. Hit Allow access.

13. Map the fields from HubSpot to Notion. For example, you can map HubSpot contact details to a Notion database.

14. Hit Publish.
