1. Head over to the left-side panel, then click 'Settings'.

2. Choose 'Integrations' from the list of options.

3. Subsequently, tap 'App Store' to proceed.

4. Search for 'Facebook' and then select it from the recommended matches.

5. After that, click 'Install Now'.

6. Tap 'Go To Settings' under Getting Started, then log in to your Facebook account.

7. Following that, tap 'Continue' to confirm your account and grant the necessary permissions.

8. Find the page you want to use, then click the 'Connect Page' button next to it.

9. Finally, your Intercom account will be integrated with the selected Facebook page. From there, you can now access the associated Facebook Messenger and access your conversations within the Intercom workspace.
