1. On Klaviyo's main dashboard, head over to the left-side panel and click 'Integrations'.

2. After that, tap 'Add Integrations' in the top-right corner.

3. Search for 'Intercom' and then select it from the recommended matches.

4. Subsequently, tap 'Install' to proceed.

5. Click 'Connect to Intercom'.

6. Following that, click 'Allow' to accept the terms and then log in to your active Intercom account.

7. Tap 'Authorize Access' afterwards.

8. Review the connection details, then click 'Complete Setup'.

9. After completing these steps, your Intercom account will be integrated with Klaviyo.
