1. Click the ellipsis icon located at the left side menu of your Microsoft Teams dashboard.

2. Go to the search bar and search for 8X8.

3. Click 'Add' to install the 8x8 app to your account.

4. In your 8x8 account, make sure to enable the MS integrations by clicking the enable button.

5. By completing these steps, your organization should be able to make and receive calls using 8x8 within Microsoft Teams.
