1. On Zoom's homepage, go to the left-side panel and click 'Advanced'.

2. Select 'App Marketplace' from the list of options.

3. After that, search for 'Salesforce' and choose the specific plugin you prefer to use.

4. Tap the drop-down arrow next to 'Add For Others' and click 'Add For Myself'.

5. Once done, provide your Salesforce user credentials and then click 'Log In' to finally activate the integration of your account with Zoom.
