Guide

1. Click the '+Add apps' button.

2. Search for 'Forms' in the search bar and click 'Add'.

3. Click 'Add to Slack'.

4. Select 'Add to slack' to install Forms to Slack.

5. Click 'Allow' to grant access to Forms.

6. By following these steps, you can integrate Slack with Google Forms, allowing you to receive notifications in Slack whenever a new response is submitted to your Google Form.
