How to Integrate Slack with Zoho CRM

Click on the '+Add apps' section in the left sidebar.
In the search bar, type 'Zoho CRM' and select the Zoho CRM app from the results.
You will be directed to Zoho CRM and click 'Add to Slack' to sign in.
Go to your Zoho CRM workspace, click the gear icon to access the settings.
From the 'Marketplace' section, select 'All'.
Search for 'Slack' in the search bar and select 'Slack for Zoho CRM'.
Select the 'Activate' button.
Click 'Add to Slack'.
Select 'Allow' to grant Zoho CRM access to your Slack workspace.
By connecting Slack and Zoho CRM, you can automate notifications, share updates on deals, and manage customer relationships directly from your Slack workspace.
