1. Go to the left-side panel, then click 'Create'.

2. Select 'Zaps' from the list of options.

3. After that, click the 'Trigger' tab to start the integration process.

4. Search for 'Smartsheet' and select it from the recommended matches.

5. Next, specify your preferred 'Trigger Event'.

6. Click 'Sign In' afterwards, then log in to your Smartsheet account.

7. Subsequently, click 'Allow' to accept the terms and grant the necessary permissions.

8. Provide the information needed to set up the Trigger accordingly.

9. Once done, click 'Continue' to run your input and test the Trigger.

10. Pick the record you prefer to use, then tap 'Continue With Selected Record'.

11. Following that, search for 'Airtable' and select it as the Action app.

12. Next, click the drop-down menu and select the specific 'Action Event' you prefer to carry out.

13. Click 'Sign In' afterwards, then log in to your Airtable account.

14. Confirm the source and the Airtable workspace you wish to use. Once done, click 'Grant Access' to proceed.

15. Fill out the input fields with the required information.

16. Subsequently, click 'Continue' to publish and enable the integration.

17. After completing these steps, your Smartsheet account will be integrated with Airtable.
