1. On your dashboard, click 'Design spotlight' on your top left corner of your screen and click 'PDF editor'.

2. Click 'Upload your PDF' and you'll be directed to another tab.

3. After uploading your pdf file, you can customise it to fit your style and preferences.

4. You can create your own text, add fields, change colours and fonts.

5. You may want to add multiple pages by clicking 'Duplicate Pages' or 'Add Pages'.

6. Once you're satisfied with your work, click 'Share'.

7. Invite or add people you might want to be on your team via email.

8. You may also choose to collaborate using a link by selecting the option 'Anyone with the link'.

9. Click 'Download'.

10. On the file type, choose 'PDF Standard' and click 'Download' to save your editable PDF.
