1. On SendGrid's main dashboard, navigate to the left-side panel and click 'Marketing'.

2. Select 'Automations' from the list of options.

3. After that, find and select the automation you want to edit.

4. Scroll down to the automation workflow section, then click the 'Pencil' icon inside the Send Delay tab.

5. Subsequently, adjust the email frequency by specifying your preferred number and period of delay. You can choose day or hour and then provide a specific number.

6. Once done, click 'Update' and then proceed to the next Send Delay tab. Repeat the same series of steps until you reach the last email content.

7. Finally, tap 'Save' to apply the changes and enable the new email frequency settings of your SendGrid automation.
