How to Merge Contacts in Xero



Guide

  1. On Xero's main dashboard, head over to the top menu bar and click 'Contacts'.

  2. Select 'All Contacts' from the list of options.

  3. After that, tick the checkbox beside the contacts you wish to merge.

  4. Click the 'Merge' option to proceed.

  5. Specify where you wish to merge the selected contacts, then click 'Merge'.

  6. Subsequently, tap 'Confirm Merge' to continue.

  7. After completing these steps, the selected Xero contacts will be merged based on your input.
