1. Inside Hootsuite's stream tab, go to the left-side panel and click 'New Board'.

2. Find 'Monitor My Own Content' from the list of options and then click the 'Select' button next to it.

3. After that, select the social networking platform that contains multiple accounts. Tick the corresponding checkbox beside it and tap 'Next' to continue.

4. Pick the social accounts you wish to merge, then tap 'Add to Dashboard'.

5. After completing these steps, the selected social media accounts will be merged into one Hootsuite board for easy and convenient navigation.
