1. On Hootsuite's main dashboard, go to the top-right corner and click 'Create a Post'.

2. After that, click the 'Publish To' menu to get started.

3. Choose the social media accounts where you wish to publish your Hootsuite post. One by one, tick the checkbox beside them.

4. Following that, click the text box under the Your Post section and type the caption.

5. Subsequently, tap the 'Add Media' icon right below it and then upload the image or video you wish to use.

6. Review the post afterwards, then click 'Post Now' to proceed.

7. After completing these steps, your Hootsuite post will be posted immediately on multiple social media accounts.
