How to Merge Tasks in Asana

Guide

1. Go to 'Projects' and select your desired project.

2. Select the task you want to merge and open it.

3. Click the ellipsis icon to open the task settings menu.

4. Click Merge from the dropdown menu.

5. Select the other task you would like to merge your current task into.

6. Once the merge has been completed, the word 'Duplicate' will appear beside the merge task.

7. You have now merged the two tasks into one while retaining all the relevant information.
