1. Inside your Coda doc, hover your mouse cursor over the table and tap its corresponding 'Options' button.

2. Choose 'Filter' from the list of options.

3. After that, click 'Add Filter'.

4. Select the specific column you want to filter.

5. Subsequently, click the drop-down menu right below the selected column.

6. Select the condition you want to set.

7. Enter the value into the provided input field.

8. After completing these steps, the view of the selected table will be filtered and optimized based on your input. You can now review the data more conveniently.
