1. Hover your mouse cursor over the 'Company' tab and then tap 'Account Settings'.

2. Tap 'Account Billing' to proceed.

3. After that, go to the 'Cancel Account' tab.

4. Under Step 1, click 'Cancel My Subscription'.

5. Find the specific reason why you wish to pause your account, then click the 'Continue' button next to it.

6. Finally, scroll down to the bottom section and click 'Pause My Account'.
