How to Raise Hand in Zoom

Navigate to the menu bar at the bottom section of your screen, then click 'Reactions'.
After that, click 'Raise Hand'.
A hand icon will immediately appear on your screen and on your video feed to express your desire to share something.
Once you're done, head back to the menu bar and click 'Lower Hand'.
