1. Start by accessing your personal analytics space in 'My workspace' where all your reports live.

2. In the Power BI service, go to your workspace and locate the semantic model you want to refresh.

3. Click the icon for 'Schedule refresh'.

4. Select 'Refresh' from the options.

5. Turn 'Keep data updated' to 'ON'.

6. Set your refresh schedule under 'Refresh frequency'.

7. Set time zones and pick specific times.

8. Click 'Apply' at the bottom when you’re done to save changes.
