1. To get started, go to the Testing section. Tap the 'User/Device IDs' and 'Cohorts' tab, then choose the value you prefer to use.

2. Following that, scroll down to the Assignment section to access the user-related settings. Select the type of user you prefer to use and then specify your desired rollout percentage.

3. Under the Settings section, reconfigure the options you want to adjust. For instance, you may add links, tags, deployments, and variants.

4. Finally, click 'Save' at the top-right corner to set and enable the new feature flag rules according to your recent input.
