Salesforce - How to Set Up Salesforce Inbox



Guide

  1. Navigate to Setup in Salesforce.

  2. In the Quick Find box, enter "Inbox."

  3. Select Setup Assistant.

  4. Turn ON Make Available to Users.

  5. Click Set Up in Einstein Activity Capture. (under Enable Inbox Features)

  6. Click on Get Started to start the setup process.

  7. Check the box.

  8. Select your Email service provider.

  9. Name your Configuration and hit Next.

  10. Review the Sync Settings.

  11. Hit Next.

  12. You will get a success prompt saying your configuration is saved.
