1. Click the 'My Network' tab at the top of the LinkedIn homepage.

2. In the left sidebar, click 'Manage' next to the 'Invitations' section.

3. Switch to the 'Sent' tab to see all pending connection requests.

4. Find the person to whom you sent the request. Click the 'Withdraw' button next to their name.

5. Click 'Withdraw' to confirm the withdrawal if prompted.

6. A notification pops up once the invitation has been withdrawn.
