How to Trigger Monday.com Status Changes from Typeform Submissions via Zapier



Guide

  1. From your 'Zapier' dashboard, select 'Zap'.

  2. Click on the 'Trigger' field to select the event.

  3. Select 'Typeform' as the trigger event.

  4. Select a trigger event.

  5. Connect your 'Typeform' account.

  6. Add the form you want to use and click 'Continue'.

  7. Click on the 'Test trigger' button to confirm data is being pulled correctly from Typeform.

  8. Once the data has been pulled out, click 'Continue with selected record'.

  9. In the 'Action' step, choose 'Monday.com' as the app.

  10. Select the action event.

  11. Connect your Monday.com account.

  12. Select the board and column you want to update.

  13. Configure the actions and click 'Continue'.

  14. Click 'Test step' to test the workflow to ensure entry flows correctly between Typeform and Monday.com.

  15. Click 'Publish' and turn on the Zap to activate the workflow.
