How to Turn Off the Invoice Reminders in Xero



Guide

  1. On Xero's main dashboard, head over to the top-left corner and click the 'Company' tab.

  2. Tap 'Settings' to proceed.

  3. After that, find and select 'Invoice Settings'.

  4. Click 'Invoice Reminders' afterwards.

  5. Subsequently, unmark the checkbox beside 'Email Customers When an Invoice Is".

  6. Once done, click 'Save' to apply the changes.

  7. After completing these steps, the invoice reminders in your Xero workspace will be turned off immediately.
