Guide

1. Log in to Zapier and click "Create" then "Zaps" to begin.

2. Click "Trigger" to define what event from HubSpot will start your automation.

3. Click "HubSpot."

4. Choose "New Contact" or "Contact Updated" as your trigger event.

5. Connect your HubSpot account or select an existing connection.

6. Select which HubSpot contact list you want to monitor for changes.

7. Test your trigger to make sure Zapier can detect new HubSpot contacts correctly.

8. Add MailerLite as the Action App.

9. Select an action event, like "Create or Update Subscriber".

10. Connect your MailerLite account when prompted.

11. Map HubSpot contact fields to the corresponding MailerLite subscriber fields.

12. Run a test to verify that HubSpot contacts are properly syncing with MailerLite.

13. Click "Publish" to activate your Zap.
