Guide
Log in to Zapier, click "Create," and then select "Zaps" to start a new automation.
Click "Trigger" and select Google Calendar.
Choose a trigger event, such as "New Event."
Authorize Zapier to access your Google Calendar account.
Select the calendar to monitor for new events.
Run a test to ensure Zapier detects new events in the selected calendar.
Set HubSpot as the action app.
Select an action event (e.g., "Create or Update Contact").
Connect your HubSpot account to Zapier.
Map the event details from Google Calendar (e.g., event title, time, location) to the HubSpot fields.
Test the Zap to ensure everything works.
Click "Publish" to activate the automation.
