Guide

1. Log in to Zapier, click on "Create" and select "Zaps" to start the automation process.

2. Click "Trigger."

3. Search for and select HubSpot as the trigger app.

4. Choose "New Contact" or "New Lead" as the trigger event to monitor new leads.

5. Connect your HubSpot account to Zapier.

6. Run a test to ensure Zapier detects the campaign data correctly.

7. Add Slack as the Action App.

8. Choose "Send Channel Message" as the action event to post a notification in Slack.

9. Connect your Slack account to Zapier.

10. Select the Slack channel where the alert will be posted (e.g., sales channel).

11. Customize the message content to include relevant lead information from HubSpot (e.g., lead name, company, deal stage).

12. Run a test to ensure the Slack notification is sent with the correct campaign details.

13. Click "Publish" to activate your Zap.
