4. Connect your HubSpot account.

5. Select the property field that contains your deal status information.

6. Select which specific value changes should activate your workflow.

7. Finalize your HubSpot trigger configuration to proceed to actions by clicking 'Test trigger'.

8. Connect with 'Miro' to create visual workflows for lost deals.

9. Select which Miro action will help your team analyze deal outcomes.

10. Connect your Miro account.

11. Select which template board will be used for reviewing lost deals.

12. Click 'Continue' to finalize your Miro action configuration to complete the workflow.

13. Click 'Test step' to test the automation.

14. Click 'Publish' to activate your Zap to automatically create deal review boards when deals are lost.
