Push HubSpot deal updates to a Google Sheets pipeline tracker



Guide

  1. Log in to Zapier, click "Create," and select "Zaps" to start a new automation.

  2. Click "Trigger."

  3. Click "HubSpot."

  4. Choose "New Deal" or "Deal Stage Changed" as the trigger event.

  5. Connect your HubSpot account to Zapier.

  6. Click "Test trigger."

  7. Add Google Sheets as the Action App.

  8. Choose "Create Spreadsheet" or "Update Spreadsheet Row".

  9. Connect your Google Sheets account to Zapier.

  10. Map HubSpot deal details (e.g., deal name, amount, stage) to Google Sheets columns.

  11. Run a test to verify that HubSpot updates appear correctly in Google Sheets.

  12. Click "Publish" to activate your Zap.
