1. Choose 'ManyChat' as your trigger app for chat-based automations.

2. Select the specific trigger event for your automation.

3. Connect you ManyChat account.

4. Configure advanced options for your integration and click 'Test trigger'.

5. Select 'Zoho CRM' as your action app to manage customer data.

6. Specify which Zoho CRM event should be triggered by chat interactions.

7. Establish a connection with your Zoho CRM account.

8. Specify which value should trigger this automation.

9. Select the Leads module to automatically create or update leads.

10. Click 'Test step'.

11. Complete the final steps of your automation by clicking 'Publish'.
