1. Click 'Trigger' to select the event that starts your Zap to define your workflow's beginning.

2. Click 'Notion' to select it as your trigger app.

3. Select your preferred trigger event.

4. Select an account to connect your Notion account.

5. Configure your trigger details.

6. Click 'Test trigger' to set up data mapping between platforms.

7. Click 'AppSheet' to select it as your action app.

8. Choose an event to select the action type.

9. Add an account to configure how data flows between Notion and AppSheet.

10. Select the Notion data to send to AppSheet.

11. Click 'Test step' to continue building your Notion-AppSheet workflow.

12. Click 'Publish' to move to the next step in your Notion-AppSheet integration.
