Guide

1. Log in to Zapier and create a new Zap.

2. Set Google Calendar as the trigger app.

3. Choose "Event Start" or "New Event" as the trigger event.

4. Connect your Google Calendar account to Zapier.

5. Choose the calendar you want to sync availability from.

6. Run a test.

7. Add Calendly as the Action App.

8. Choose an action event.

9. Connect your Calendly account.

10. Map Google Calendar event details to update Calendly availability.

11. Run a test.

12. Click "Publish" to turn on your Zap.
