Salesforce - How to Add a Cross Filter in Salesforce Report



Guide

  1. Navigate to Reports and select the report you want to edit.

  2. Click on the Edit button on the top right.

  3. The Filter box will be visible on the left. Select the Filters tab in that box.

  4. Click on the down arrow in the Filters pane to expand it.

  5. Select Cross Filter.

  6. Define the Filter Criteria:

    Here, you'll specify the condition for the cross filter.

  7. You can choose to see reports for:

    • Records with: Select this option to find records that have related records. For instance, you can find Deals with Activities.

    • Records without: This option helps you identify records lacking related records. An example would be Accounts without Contacts.
